AI is becoming real with every new application and meaningful use case transforming how organizations create value, make decisions, and innovate. This Masterclass empowers leaders to understand what’s behind this transformation and how to leverage it strategically and responsibly. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how generative AI and large language models (LLMs) work, uncovering their potential to enhance performance, productivity, and customer engagement. The session then explores the AI frontier with Agents and agentic AI—systems capable of reasoning, planning, and acting autonomously toward defined business goals. These new frontiers represent a shift from AI as a tool to AI as an active collaborator in strategy execution and operations. Finally, the Masterclass highlights how these technologies are reshaping organizational structures, leadership roles, and workforce capabilities.
