OUTDOOR LEADERSHIP SEMINAR
The annual two-day seminar is designed to help improve your team leadership skills through a series of increasingly difficult tasks supervised by leadership experts. The physical and mental challenges teach you how to motivate others and give you helpful feedback about how you lead and what you can do to improve.
Leadership Seminar Location: Paris
Specialization: Innovation & Sustainability
The two-week specialization (2, one-week modules) helps participants understand how to innovate for sustainability in both large organizations and entrepreneurial start-ups. It teaches how to embed sustainability as a business imperative, from executive leadership across the organization, as well as how to diffuse innovation through an entrepreneurial mindset. Highly interactive and experiential, the specialization complements classroom interaction with guest speakers, site visits, and small group exercises.
- Location: London and Dubai.
ELECTIVES
To ensure the EMBA perfectly fits their professional goals, participants have access to one optional elective, either held on campus in Jouy-en-Josas or online via our GNAM network of partner universities.
*Please note that these electives are subject to change depending on course availability; some courses may require travel and additional time commitments.
The Capstone Project, the final deliverable of the program, allows you to apply what you have learned throughout the program and carry out your own professional project. Undertaking a project in an area of strategic importance for your organization can have a significant impact on its future development and save the company considerable financial investment in external consultant fees. With this in mind, your capstone can be an excellent way to secure the backing of your company in terms of out-of-office time and funding for your studies. Participants can also use this opportunity to develop their own entrepreneurial initiatives.
Track - Financing options
Investing in your professional development requires a commitment, both in time and money. We encourage participants to plan ahead and explore multiple financing options, including government funding, corporate support, bank loans, and scholarships, which may be available from external organizations. HEC Paris in Qatar is committed to facilitating enrollment in our programs and makes several scholarships, grants, and discounts available to admitted candidates.
