HEC Paris Launches Executive MBA Track in Riyadh: Shaping the Next Generation of Leaders

Riyadh, KSA - 11 February 2025: HEC Paris, the world's top-ranked business school for Executive Education, proudly announces the launch of its new Executive MBA (EMBA) track in Riyadh. In collaboration with Altamayyuz Academy, the program is designed to cultivate a new generation of world-class financial, business, and public sector leaders dedicated to advancing Saudi Arabia’s economic transformation.

Aligned with the Saudi National Vision 2030, the program plays a pivotal role in developing human capacity and cultivating the skilled local workforce and best business practices which will spur the innovation that contributes to building a diversified economy. Through its rigorous curriculum and guidance from HEC Paris’ internationally renowned faculty, the EMBA equips participants with the skills, mindset, and vision required to excel in today’s dynamic global landscape.

Built on the success of previous EMBA cohorts delivered in Riyadh for the Public Investment Fund, this new track has attracted a diverse cohort of participants, 55% of them being Saudi nationals. The cohort represents 10 nationalities and over 10 industries, including banking and finance, construction and real estate, and the public sectors. This diversity reflects the program’s broad appeal and its relevance to the Kingdom’s ambitions.

HEC Paris is dedicated to fostering the knowledge and skills needed to create a lasting impact in the Kingdom. By combining academic excellence with real-world application, the EMBA prepares participants to contribute meaningfully to Saudi Arabia’s transition to a knowledge-based economy.

The Riyadh Track is one of four options available for EMBA studies in the region, all offered by HEC Paris, alongside the Public Investment Fund Track, the Doha Track, and the Emerging Leaders Track. Each option provides participants with the same transformative personal and professional experience, allowing professionals from across the region to gain the tools and insights needed to lead with impact.
