Dr Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj is an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Diversity at HEC Paris in Qatar. Shaheena has over a decade of experience working in the field of gender diversity in leadership. She combines a pragmatic approach to research and capacity building by working with different organizations to create plans and cultures to promote and achieve gender balance across the organizational pipeline. Her work also addresses creating inclusive cultures to strengthen the retention and promotion of women into leadership roles. She works with public organizations, NGOs, and private business leaders globally including FTSE100, and Fortune 500 to help them transform their cultures and work on specific interventions that strengthen gender diversity in the workplace. |

Dr. Chawki Tawbi, Head of AI & Data at Google Cloud Qatar Dr Chawki Tawbi has more than 25 years of experience in Data, AI, and Business Automation across various industries. He led large teams of professionals (Architects, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Big-Data, ECM, and Automation Experts). He founded and led a Data Science COE, to help CDOs implement Data and AI strategies. He is a board member of several Universities and delivers lectures in Data and AI. Dr. Chawki is a Partner Sales Engineer responsible of building Google Data and AI ecosystem. He is a Data and AI champion for the META region. He published 8 papers in international journals and conferences in Cognitive Sciences and Active Databases. |
