Dr. Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj
Associate Professor of Entrepreneurial Leadership and Diversity


With over twenty years of experience, Professor Shaheena has a strong track record of research and has worked globally with various organizations, including FTSE100 and Fortune 500 companies. In addition to being a regular Forbes contributor, she has co authored four books, including two on women’s leadership: “Championing Women Leaders: Beyond Sponsorship” and her latest book, “Take the Lead: How Women Leaders are Driving Success through Innovation.” Each book brings new research, challenges assumptions around women’s leadership, and provides examples of women who are redefining leadership norms. Shaheena was named an INC Media trailblazer in 2024 for her work on women’s leadership.​
