Mathis SCHULTE Associate Professor of Management & Human Resources at HEC Paris Mathis Schulte is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Leadership in the Management and Human Resource department at HEC Paris. He is the academic director of the executive master program “Change Leadership” in collaboration with the Said Business School, University of Oxford. He has also directed and taught in numerous Executive Custom Programs. Mathis Schulte's research focuses on understanding team effectiveness and negotiation strategies. For example, he studies the creation of team social networks and their effects on employee satisfaction, customer service, and financial performance. His research appeared in the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS). |
